Entry Level Competitive

Your potential as a performer and competitor can start to flourish in this well-rounded program which includes: team atmosphere, warm-ups, flexibility development, body technique, apparatus technique, group and solo routines, strength training, cardio, yoga, dance (ballet, hip hop, lyrical, modern, character, ethnic), drama, music interpretation, nutrition, goal setting, competition experience, club productions and shows, organization, poise, self motivation and confidence. 

 

Suitable for girls ages 5-9 who are:                        

·         New participants (by audition)

·         Returning "Entry Level" athletes

 

Weekly Commitment:

·         6-8 hours/week
 

Program Benefits:

·         exposure and development in all parts of RG

·         participation in shows/demos

·         participation in local competitions and possibly even an invitational event

   

 

              

*Athletes in this program are really encouraged to take ballet outside of gym and are required to maintain an at-home cross training /stretching program 3 days/week (approx. 20 minutes/time)

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Athletes who are excited about doing more rhythmics can also purchase private (or semi-private) sessions - space/time permitting.
