for boys and girls
Sept 2010 - May 2011

Agility, coordination, balance and strength skills will be taught
through circus, tumbling, rhythmic and acro basics
in this fun, positive and well-rounded class. 

Weekly commitment: 1 session: 60 minutes for ages 4-5 and 75 min for ages 6-12

Cost for ages 4-5:

$55+tax/month ($495+tax for the season)
Payable in 1,2 or 8 post dated cheques – inquire for details.
Cheques for reg. fees and the full season are due with reg. forms at time of registration.

$65+tax/month ($585+tax for the season)
Payable in 1,2 or 8 post dated cheques – inquire for details.
Cheques for reg. fees and the full season are due with reg. forms at time of registration.

 

Additional Costs:

Annual Registration fees:
Club $53 (includes T-shirt) + ORA $10 + BCfed $12= $75

Optional additional costs: extra lessons (privates/semi-privates), workshops, equipment etc.

Recreational Gymnastics Class times:
Tuesdays:

3:30pm - 4:45pm         ages 6-8                co-ed    FULL

5pm - 6:15pm              ages 7-9                co-ed   FULL

6:30pm - 7:45pm         ages 9-12              co-ed    FULL

 

Wednesdays:

1pm – 2pm                   ages 4-5                co-ed

 

Thursdays:

10am – 11am               ages 4-5                co-ed

 

Fridays:

5pm - 6:15pm              ages 6-9                co-ed

-       all completed forms

-       non-refundable deposit cheque for $100 (applied to fall costs)

Recreational Gymnastics: Fall 2010 Start-up Plan

Tuesday , September 7^th
All Recreational Gymnastics Classes (yes – all age groups)  “usual” hours begin

September notables:

·         We will be sizing/ordering team T-shirts during the month of Sept – in the meantime please wear clean white socks, small shorts and any tighter tank or T-shirt.  Once you get your team T-shirt, please wear it to class.

·         All athletes with long hair are required to wear it back or up (preferably a tight high ponytail). 

·         No jewelry (other than small earrings or medic alerts), watches or personal electronics (including ipods/phones) are permitted in sessions for safety and focus purposes.    

 

Other Notables:

·         Details regarding Gym Protocol will be sent out just prior to your start date – it is helpful to us if you review it with your child – thanks.

·         First Recreational Parent Watching Day: The Week of October 4^th (details to come)

·         Fall Show at PAC dress rehearsal and performance dates are November 24-27, 2010 
Note: all recreational athletes ages 6+ can join us in our Performance at the PAC ask us for details.

Performance Class
Members of our Recreational classes (ages 6+) will have the
option of joining our Elite Team in our fall production of:

“Charlie and the
Chocolate Factory”

Here’s your chance to help with sets/costumes,
learn new skills/routines, work with theatre
professionals and ultimately to perform at the
Vernon Performing Arts Centre
in a fully staged production!

This unique performance class is 8 weeks long (Oct/Nov 2010).  Email for more info.
