Our Recreational Program equips children with movement patterns, coordination and the confidence essential for all sports.
Physical Literacy
Gymnastics teaches basic movement patterns and sports skills that are at the core of every sport. The joy in growing physical literacy is critical for developing the desire and confidence to
stay physically active for life.

Musicality & Creativity
Knowing how to connect with, share and express your artistic ideas requires a safe environment, room for exploration, affirmation and joy. We create nurturing, stimulating opportunities to discover and develop these unique gifts while imparting musical knowledge and connection.
Coordination
Unique contributions of acrobatic and rhythmic gymnastics, to the gymnastics world, are the incredible hand-eye, body-eye and body to body coordination. Give your child the chance to develop heightened skills that will serve them in a multitude of environments.
Teamwork & Positive Mindset
When provided with gentle guidance and a consistently nurturing team environment, facing challenges can become fun. Growth mindset principles enable positive self talk. In our gym we value learning to support and celebrate all our friends.
